No problem! We offer a non-judgemental space where everyone is welcome, especially complete beginners. Our classes are meant for you, unless otherwise stated in the description.
You must pre-register for classes due to space constraints. You can book by clicking here.

If you prefer to pay in cash, you can do that too! Just send along an email before booking.
You need to bring a positive attitude, a yoga mat (if you have one - we do have a small amount available if needed). We suggest you wear clothing that you are comfortable and can move in. You may also bring a water bottle if desired.
For all One on One Private Yoga Sessions and for Holistic Services, you must send a deposit of 50% of the price of the service. If a deposit is not sent within 2 hours of the booking, the booking will be cancelled.
We require a deposit to ensure that you are committed to coming for your service. If you "no show" or do not give 24 hours notice as agreed to upon the time of the booking, your deposit will be forfeited.
If you come to your appointment the deposit will be applied against the service you are booked in for.

A minimum of 24 hours is required to cancel your yoga class or holistic service booking.
For yoga, you will be charged for the class, or forfeit an existing class pass if you are a no show or do not provide 24 hours notice.
For holistic services, you will forfeit your deposit paid at the time of the booking if you are a no show or do not give 24 hours notice.

We will be open 15 minutes before yoga class begins. You are welcome to come in and get settled once the doors open.
For holistic services or private yoga, please try to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to you scheduled appointment time. We have built in breaks between clients that allow us to turn the room over and make sure proper cleaning is done between clients.
There will be a 5 minute grace period per class. The doors will be locked when the class begins so that others are not disturbed in their practice.
For all other services, there is a 15 minute period of grace. After the 15 minutes, we will cancel your appointment as we will not have the proper time to complete the service.
Yes! We do have a washroom available to change in, with hooks available for your clothing.
Class passes are not refundable or transferrable. They are to be used by the individual who purchased them and are available to be used for 12 months following the date of purchase.
You can park in the front or back parking lot. Please be aware that ONLY the front door will be open for yoga students and holistic service clients. If you park out back, you will have to walk around the building to the front door. We are located downstairs.
For your first session, we will show you where the sauna is located and get you familiar with it's controls, as well as discuss any goals that you may have. All you need to bring is a towel to sit on and for use after your sauna.
